And provide uniform test data for the wave values of the material.

I. Sample preparation

This standard material is made of 0.05mm thick polystyrene film with stable physical and chemical properties.

2. Traceability and setting method

The infrared wavelength was measured by the legal value of ***, and the measurement condition was the toe cutting function Blackman-harris 3term.

Standard value of characteristic quantity of reference material (resolution: 4cm-1 condition)
